Providers at CAPSS are often asked to give talks, in-service trainings, and educational workshops and interviews for community organizations, schools, Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs), professional and clinical groups and agencies. Examples of topics from recent talks and trainings include:

Professional (Peer) Consultation
Providers at CAPSS frequently provide peer consultation to other mental health professionals about topics of clinical expertise, including:

Developmental Disabilities

School Consultation
Many of the psychologists at CAPSS originally trained as school psychologists, enjoy working with school teams, and are knowledgeable about student support plans including IEPs and 504 plans. They enjoy collaborating with school teams in supporting special needs students, and providing trainings to school teams about topics of expertise.
