Therapy for Teens, Tweens & Young Adults

We provide individual therapy and support for tweens, teens and young adults experiencing stress and life transitions. This could include school stressors, family stressors (e.g., conflict with sibling, parents divorcing), friendship problems, life transitions (e.g., going to college, starting high school), etc.

Additionally, Drs. Oti and Bromberg are offering a 4-session in-person Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) group for middle school and high school students experiencing stress. This program is designed to help teens manage stress through mindfulness, self-compassion, and cultivation of behaviors that promote resilience. Additional information can be found here.
