Groups, Classes, and Workshops
Group therapy offers unique benefits, such as increased access to services and opportunities for collaborative learning and peer support. Research has also shown that group-based approaches can be highly effective.
Whether you're looking to support your child more effectively, build stress-management skills, or get started with learning strategies while waiting for individual therapy, group therapy can be a valuable and effective option.
