We provide evidence-based individual therapy for children, teens, and young adults with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), including for the following types of OCD presentations:

  • Fear of Harm

  • Compulsive Checking

  • Mental Compulsions

  • Rumination

  • Intrusive Thoughts

  • Perfectionism

  • “Just right” OCD

  • Relationship OCD

  • Religious/ moral OCD

Our clinicians most commonly utilize the following evidence-based modalities for treating OCD:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)

  • Exposure and response prevention (E/RP)

  • Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE)

Additionally, Dr. Amy Bohlander periodically offers a 6-session small-group workshop titled Parenting Anxious Kids, which is appropriate for parents of children with anxiety and/or OCD.
