Current services offered:
IQ Testing
I offer IQ testing for gifted programming and school planning purposes, including private school admissions. To book IQ testing with me, please self-schedule here.
Parenting Anxious Kids- Group
I periodically offer a workshop called Parenting Anxious Kids. This 6-session (1-hour each session) small-group workshop is geared towards parents of elementary-school-aged kids who experience anxiety or OCD. More information can be found on this webpage and flyer. If you’re interested in participating, please complete the New Client Inquiry Form.
Parent Roadmap: Short-Term Parent Consultation
I offer a short-term parent consultation service called “Parent Roadmap” for parents who are concerned about their child but unsure what type of support is needed. In 1-3 sessions, I help families clarify next steps such as school services, private therapy, parenting support, or other resources. You can self-schedule a Parent Roadmap appointment via my client portal.
Individual Therapy for Tweens, Teens, & Young Adults
I enjoy helping young people navigate anxiety, worries, fears, and stress. My individual therapy clients range in age from tweens through young adults. Many of my clients have anxiety or OCD, and many are also neurodivergent—in other words, they think or learn differently, and may have a diagnosis such as autism or ADHD. I also enjoy working with ambitious, high-achieving, and stressed out tweens, teens, and young adults, and helping them learn skills to manage their stress and worry. My therapy practice is typically full but I do have occasional openings for new clients. Please complete the New Client Inquiry Form to check about therapy openings.
For Other Professionals
I also enjoy supporting other mental health professionals in building and growing their practices. In addition, I offer clinical consultation in my areas of expertise- including autism and neurodiversity, child anxiety and OCD, and developmental disabilities- to help clinicians strengthen their skills and feel more confident in their work. Please email me at amy@capsseattle.com if you would like to connect about school or clinical consultation, or practice-building support.
