About Us

At CAPSS, we are home to the independent practices of nearly 20 licensed psychologists, and 2 Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs).

CAPSS is a collaborative community of independent practitioners: each provider maintains their own private practice and is solely responsible for their clinical services, including scheduling, services offered, fees, insurance participation, policies, and professional records.

While CAPSS provides the shared office space, infrastructure, and professional community, it does not operate as a single group practice. Professional records are maintained separately, and no other member of CAPSS has access to them without your written permission.

Although providers practice independently, we are united by shared values and a common focus on high-quality, evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and client-centered care. Learn more on our Values & Focus page.

The CAPSS business itself—meaning the offices and shared professional community—is co-owned and managed by three of our psychologists: Drs. Maggie Bromberg, Rosalind Oti, and Amy Bohlander. This ownership does not extend to the individual practices of providers who work within CAPSS.

Our Psychologists

Our psychologists have all completed doctoral degrees through APA-accredited graduate programs (PhD or PsyD) as well as APA-accredited pre-doctoral internships. After earning their doctorates, they have completed specialized post-doctoral fellowship training, representing the highest level of preparation in the field of mental health. They continue to refine their expertise in diagnosis and treatment through advanced clinical training, consultation, and research. In addition to ongoing learning, many of our psychologists provide advanced trainings and supervision for other professionals, contributing to the growth and development of the field. Because of this extensive training and expertise, our psychologists provide the highest quality of care to the individuals and families we serve.

Our Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners

We also have 2 Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) whose practices are based at CAPSS. They bring extensive training and clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, providing thoughtful evaluation and medication management that complements our psychological services.
