Dr. Estrada’s Services

Dr. Estrada is a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington state who specializes in strengths-based comprehensive psychological evaluations for those aged 18 months to 35 years, as well as targeted adult evaluations for autism and ADHD for adults aged 18 and older. With advanced training and extensive experience in assessing clients across every stage of life, she aims to help clients better understand how they think, learn, and process information. She specializes in working with neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and gender diverse clients, and she has specific expertise in identifying neurodivergence in “high masking” individuals. This includes females, those assigned female at birth (AFAB), and adults seeking later-in-life diagnoses who have learned to camouflage their traits to navigate neurotypical environments and may have been overlooked by traditional diagnostic tools. Her diagnostic expertise includes:

  • Autism

  • ADHD

  • Executive functioning challenges

  • Learning differences, such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia

  • Twice exceptional learners

  • Sensory differences

  • Asynchronous development patterns, including those with “spiky” profiles

  • Anxiety, OCD, and depression

Evaluation Expertise

Because psychological evaluations are often the first step in a person’s mental health journey, Dr. Estrada prioritizes a collaborative and transparent approach. The evaluation process is designed to clarify how each person processes information and translate those insights into practical next steps. To achieve this, recommendations are anchored in each person’s specific needs rather than solely based on a diagnosis or neurotype. Every client receives a customized action plan designed to assist with self-advocacy (such as academic/workplace accommodations) alongside referrals to trusted service providers.

About Dr. Estrada

Dr. Estrada graduated from Seattle Pacific University with her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and completed her APA-accredited internship at the University of New Mexico. For over a decade, she has focused her training on better understanding the full spectrum of neurodevelopmental differences. As opposed to pathologizing these differences, she uses a neurodiversity-affirming lens and views these differences as natural variations in human neurology. Dr. Estrada’s passion lies in supporting and giving a voice to those who don’t fit the traditional mold.
