Interested in joining the CAPSS Community?

Being in private practice doesn’t have to mean being on your own. At Child and Adolescent Psychological Services of Seattle (CAPSS), we’ve built a community where independent mental health practitioners can thrive.

Maybe you’re…

  • New to private practice and want to get your feet wet,

  • Working full- or part-time elsewhere but interested in exploring private practice on the side,

  • An established practitioner who misses the camaraderie of a group setting,

  • Relocating to Seattle, or

  • Looking to simplify the logistical hurdles of launching or managing a practice (finding consultation groups, referrals, and handling overhead).

Since 2017, we’ve grown from three founding psychologists into a thriving collective of nearly 20 independent providers who share office space, resources, referrals, and ideas. We meet regularly for clinical consultation, stay connected with trainings and research updates, and support one another as colleagues.

What you’ll find here:

  • A professional home within a supportive community of like-minded professionals,

  • Flexible physical and virtual office space,

  • Ongoing consultation groups and collaboration, and

  • The independence of private practice without the isolation.

We’d love to connect if you’re a psychologist, psychiatrist, or psychiatric nurse practitioner who shares our commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care, and serves similar client populations. We offer opportunities for physical office space in Seattle for in-person associates, as well as virtual practice options for providers based in Washington State or any PSYPACT state.
