Individual Therapy for Tweens, Teens, and Young Adults

I work with tweens, teens, and young adults. Many of my clients seek support for anxiety, often alongside co-occurring concerns such as ADHD and mild depression. Together, we develop a better understanding of how they think and respond to challenges, while building practical, evidence-based skills for managing life’s demands.

IQ Testing

I offer IQ testing for gifted programming, educational planning, and private school admissions. To book IQ testing with me, please self-schedule here.

Parent Roadmap: Short-Term Parent Consultation

Parent Roadmap is a focused consultation designed to help parents and caregivers prioritize concerns, identify appropriate supports, and determine next steps for their child. You can self-schedule a Parent Roadmap appointment here.

Parent Coaching

I provide parent coaching to help parents strengthen their relationships with their children, better understand their child’s behaviors, and develop practical strategies for responding to challenges at home.

Comprehensive Evaluations

I provide evaluations for ADHD, learning disabilities, and executive functioning difficulties.

Education and Training

I earned my doctorate in school psychology from the University of Washington, completed my clinical internship at Sarah Reed Children’s Center, and completed my postdoctoral training at the Penn Center for Youth and Family Response and Recovery.
